IPS e.max CAD
The extremely popular IPS e.max CAD is a versatile and dependable lithium disilicate ceramic for CAD/CAM work in the laboratory. The material is characterized by amazing esthetics, exceptional light-optical properties, high precision and outstanding stability. A wide range of translucency levels, shades and block sizes offers great flexibility. Years of clinical experience have shown that the high strength of IPS e.max lithium disilicate of 530 MPa* in combination with adhesive cementation permit a crown layer thickness of at least 1 millimetre.
IPS e.max Press
IPS e.max Press is the premium original lithium disilicate glass-ceramic (LS2) for the press technique. The material offers excellent fit, function and esthetics combined with high strength of 470 MPa*. It is characterized by its combination of exceptional esthetics and user-friendly processing. The ingots come in a wide range of shades and translucency levels for utmost flexibility.
PFZ
PC DENTAL LAB uses ht zirconia for all frames receiving ceramic. At 1200 Mpa, the zirconia is milled from a monolithic block of solid yttria-stabilized zirconia, which provides the strength to support thin posterior single-units to long-span bridges. Even with its durability, the zirconia restoration is demonstrably safe for antagonist teeth--less abrasive as compared to PFM and the leading lithium disilicate.
FZC
A multilayered zirconia is used to offer the best possible esthetics from a single zirconia block. At 900 Mpa, the zirconia we use offer 4 layers to best match the natural teeth colours. It is the solution for minimal invasive monolithic restorations. It’s smooth color and transparency gradient makes this multi layer zirconium the best option for your FZC.
